Return & Exchange Policy 

We hope you love your items from Mission Forty One! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of odors, stains, or pet hair

  • In their original condition with tags attached (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method at this time — store credit will be issued once your return is received and approved.

Return Shipping

  • If you’re exchanging due to size, change of mind, or preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If we made a mistake (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we’ll gladly cover the cost and make it right — no worries at all.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance / Final Sale items

  • Any item that has been worn or used

  • Digital products (if/when applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously and check every order with care — but if something slips through, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you. 💛
